Edellisestä bloggauksesta ja blogimiitin keskusteluista jäin kirjahyllytunnelmiin. Minulla on menossa kausi, että luen hyvin vähän - aika tuntuu valuvan muihin puuhiin. Silti olen ostanut kirjoja odottamaan seuraavaa lukemiskauttani. Kirjahyllyni on täyttymässä. En tiedä mitä sitten teen. Mahtuuko tähän murjuun toinenkin hylly, vai onko minun muutettava isompaan asuntoon kirjoineni? Kirjat on ehdottomasti parempi syy muuttaa kuin esim. parisuhde.
Olen aina kasvanut keskellä kirjahyllyjä. Mutsilla ja faijalla on nykyään jokaisessa huoneessa, keittiötä lukuun ottamatta kirjahylly. Vaari, joka kuoli ennen syntymääni, oli bibliofiili joten mummin luona oli iso seinä täysin kirjojen peitossa, samoin kun kesähuvilan vintti niitä täynnänsä. Toisinaan bloggauksieni kuvituksena esiintyvät kirjankannet olen kuvannut juuri niistä kesäaarteista. Mökillä nukun kirjahyllyjen ympärillä ja aamun ensimmäinen silmien raotus on aina yhtä mukavaa kun alan hahmotella vieressäni ja pään takana olevia kirjoja. Nukun Tarzanin alla, vieressä Prinsessa vilahtaa ohi.
Ehkä voisit harkita tekeväsi tilaa uusille kirjoite vapauttamalla osan vanhoista kiertoon?
